Hey furs, 7 years ago Middlesbrough got a little bit more furry when we became Middlesfur! Things have changed from year to year, venues, committee members, global pandemics but we’re still here and are rushing on to the double digits and you furs are to thank. We wouldn’t be Middlesfur without our Middlesfurs and thank you for your continued support.
Now due to the current nature of the world this months schedule is not as concrete as other years so keep an eye out for changes on social media and or here as we adapt to the changes:

18:00 Outdoor meet at the big TV near Middlesbrough Centre Square Fountain. Masks and distancing are mandatory and no sharing of fursuits. Weather permitting.
Unfortunately the committee decided it wasn’t safe to have yet. We want to see you furs as much as you do and haven’t made this choice lightly.

Hey furs, it comes with great regret that we bring you the following message. Middlesfur will not run this April and until improvements occur with the Coronavirus situation. We are hoping to run online “meetings” and updates will be coming as we find the best ways to cope.
A. Not to our knowledge. However, most people are not able to be tested at this time and symptoms don’t show straight away.
A. Please do not share heads and wash them thoroughly as possible, as you should anyway.
A. No. Also please do not schedule your own as this goes against our and the government’s position on group gatherings at this time.
A. Illegal gambling and prostitution goes against our C.O.C and you’d be risking legal action, ban, and more serious diseases.
A. Although research is slim and inconclusive, we can say with much confidence that there’s no correlation to one species of fur getting infected over another. Please can we not have another Black Death incident were rat furs received unfair blame.
Hey furs, it’s March and that means pub quiz time again! Good news I (Neptune) have been allowed to leave the stable again to write some of the questions, but it does mean I cannot play ?. As usual, we will have plenty of prizes and surprises! The March meet is a great time to attend and get to know new furs. May the cider flow! (Drink responsibly)

Hey furs! 6 years later, and we are still going strong. We have to say a big thank you to all those who have stuck with us and to those who’ve joined us along the way. Things have changed along the years, from committee members to our new logo along with several venue changes. It has been a challenge from drama, the press and more you’ll not hear about, who’d have thought you guys would make such an impact on our lives. Thanks again.
So moving to the meet we have heard you and Tempus is writing the pub quiz again but remember a doe is a female ?. Prizes will be given to say thanks for all your support. Other games and the fursuit walk as normal.
